Length and duration:
Your normal workshop lasts two days, but there is also a one-day workshop, see below for details:
Day 1: 10.00am - 5.00pm
Day 2: 10.00am - 4.00pm. People are welcome to stay until 5.00pm for informal discussions.
Lunch and refreshments:
A freshly homemade soup is available. We lovingly request that workshop participants bring other foodstuffs to share. Tea, coffee, water, herbal teas and light refreshments will be provided for the smaller breaks. Please note there is a section on the booking form to outline any food allergies/intolerances.
Workshop participants are invited to bring plenty layers of warm clothing and outdoor shoes/wellies/coats to make use of the beautiful surrounding countryside - see location page.
There will be a dog around the premises. He is called Buick and is very loving and spiritual, having attended many workshops and mediations!
Due to the surrounding countryside and fields participants who suffer from hayfever may need to bring remedies with them in the summer months.
There is ample car parking space.
There is a good selection of B & B's and hotels in the local area.
For any other information do not hesitate to contact us. Please click on the link for the booking form, all our contact details can be found there.

If you are interested in finding out more but don't feel ready to attend the two day workshop there is also a one day introductory workshop available.
On this you will be able to have a taster of some of the principle ideas and experiential exercises.
This runs from 10.00am until 5.00pm. The details for lunch etc are as for the two day workshop.
Once you have attended this workshop you will then be welcome to attend the two day workshop at a reduced fee.
